Pressure vessel normative are complicated to grasp (sometimes, only rough guidelines are given) and even when the entire procedure of FEA is done correctly, the interpretation of the results — and what has to be done about them — is a whole universe of problems in itself.
This is all to say that for such services you need somebody with experience, somebody that has tackled many problems and successfully solved them.
This is where I can jump in and quickly make sense of any such problem you have.
This field is many years overdue for an improvement — step away from using only linear analysis (which is extremely subjective and lacking) and combine it with very reliable nonlinear methods.
